In workflows, there are situations when, after the coordination and approval of the documentation, it is necessary to place additional information in it: text comments, images, marks, attributes, and so on.
Such information may be of an auxiliary nature and does not affect the significance of the content of the document. In order to be able to enter data into a document without its re-approval and approval, special software tools are needed.
LOTSMAN:PLM Marking of documents allows you to place various information in the form of text, images, barcodes and QR codes on the secondary representation of 2D documents.
With customizable templates, the user chooses options for how information will be displayed in the document.
After that, a new revision of the secondary representation is created, and on its basis, paper and electronic copies of the document can be obtained.
Also, the document labeling module allows you to quickly find it in the LOTSMAN:PLM database when reading barcodes and QR codes on a paper or electronic copy of a document.
