LOCMAN:PLM Archive

The application module LOTSMAN:PLM Archive was developed taking into account the requirements of GOST (2.501, 2.502, 2.503, R 2.903) and is intended for organization in a mixed workflow: accounting for changes, subscriber accounting for technical documentation, accounting for storing documents on various media (paper, external storage devices ).

Using the module allows you to provide all interested parties with the relevant technical documentation they need in the required presentation forms.

Possibilities of the module LOTSMAN:PLM Archive:

  • registration and registration of electronic documents, as well as documents existing on paper or other similar media;
  • carrying out and accounting for changes in documents registered in the archive;
  • accounting for the issuance and return of documents by subscribers;
  • scanning (conversion) of documents;
  • transfer and acceptance of original documents;
  • notification of subscribers about events related to archiving.
