Designed to select rolling bearings and add them to a drawing or 3D model from a database containing 19,000 unit sizes. Allows you to perform calculations of performance parameters based on the operating conditions of the reference nodes. Contains reference information about the parameters of accuracy and roughness of parts mating with bearings, friction, wear and lubrication processes. The guide is intended for engineering and technical workers in all industries.

 

Rolling bearings. Electronic Handbook” will reduce the designer’s time to search for information, calculate support nodes and analyze engineering solutions.

The database contains information on 19,000 sizes of standard bearings in the 130 most common types in the bore diameter range d = (0.6 … 1800) mm. Applications of the handbook include characteristics and recommendations for the use of bearings.

The directory provides a search for Russian-made bearings by type and design, by performance parameters, by overall dimensions, by number. The interpretation of the meanings of the main and additional characters of the bearing number is provided in accordance with GOST 3189.

2D/3D libraries provide rendering of 120 types of bearings (according to the parameters from the database), spring thrust rings, slotted nuts and lock washers, rubber cuffs reinforced in the environment of the KOMPAS-3D system.

The directory allows you to perform calculations:

  • Reactions of supports and angles of rotation of the axes of the bearing rings in the supports;
  • Diameter and number of rolling elements Dw, Z;
  • Load capacities Co, C according to GOST 18854 and GOST 18855, respectively;
  • Durability L10, Lna according to GOST 18855;
  • Resource of a set of bearings;
  • Contact stresses of rolling elements with rolling paths (4th calculation options);
  • Deformations in the contacts of the rolling elements with the raceways;
  • Geometric parameters of threads of the main types;
  • Caliber parameters;
  • Connections with guaranteed tightness.

The accuracy and roughness parameters of the parts associated with bearings are assigned in accordance with GOST 3325 according to the bearing number, taking into account dimensions, type, design and accuracy class. When assigning ring fits, the type of loading (local, circulation, oscillatory) of the rings is additionally taken into account. Automatic setting of landings and accuracy parameters of landing surfaces on the drawing field is provided. For bearings of types 0, 2, 6, all parameters of accuracy and roughness are displayed by bearing number.

As reference information, the appendices provide information on calculation methods, bearing clearances, rolling elements, bearing accuracy parameters, spherical bearings, fixing and coupling sleeves, slotted nuts and lock washers, thrust spring rings, seals, a list of references (more than 300 items) , a list of valid GOSTs (about 1000 items), a list of companies – suppliers and manufacturers of bearings, etc. The dictionaries contain information with the necessary illustrations and data on the topics “Rolling Bearings”, “Lubricants”, “Tribotechnics”.

The application includes design options for gearboxes of the main types, supports for machines and devices, seals for various purposes, which can be used in the design.
