SCULPTURE IN CATALOG ELECTRIC MOTORS

Catalog Electric motors

Catalog Electric motors

Catalog Electric motors
The application is focused on the use by designers involved in the development of electromechanical drives for various purposes.

The application contains information about AC and DC motors and has 6 sections:

  • General purpose asynchronous three-phase AC motors;
  • Asynchronous three-phase AC motors explosion-proof;
  • Asynchronous single-phase AC motors;
  • Industrial DC motors with independent excitation;
  • Stepper motors for various applications;
  • Universal collector motors.

The application contains the following data about electric motors:

  • Power;
  • Synchronous shaft speed;
  • Real rotational speed, taking into account slip;
  • Efficiency;
  • mass;
  • The diameter of the output end of the shaft.

For many motors, the shaft moment of inertia and the delivery document are also given. In addition, information is given about the versions according to the degrees of protection, according to the method of cooling, according to the nominal modes of operation, according to the ratio of torques on the shaft and about climatic versions.

The appendix provides brief information about the developer and manufacturers of specific models of electric motors.

The application is equipped with a system for searching engines in the database.

After selecting the required brand and standard size of the engine in the database, the user can automatically get its image on the drawing and transfer the relevant information to the specification. The image of the engine fully corresponds to the overall and connecting dimensions of the product, given in the catalogs of manufacturers.

A special application module – “Electric motor selection wizard” – is designed for an enlarged calculation of drive parameters and selection of a specific electric motor model based on them.

Also Catalog: Electric Motors has a built-in “Database Filling Wizard”, which allows users to independently add new brands of electric motors and their images to the library.
