Add-on for Pilot-ICE – Sending email notifications
The module works in the Pilot-ICE system and solves the following tasks:
- Automatically send notification to the user about events in the “Jobs” tab of Pilot-ICE Enterprise.
- Receive notification of a job by e-mail, without running the Pilot-ICE Enterprise client.
The module expands the notification mechanism, increasing the efficiency of communications between system users. Duplication of notifications for tasks allows all participants in the work in the Pilot system, even without being in it, to be aware of the appearance of new tasks and the changes that occur to them:
- status change
- changing the subject or content of an assignment
- attachment change
- change in deadlines
- comments in correspondence
