BIM 6D – a trump card

BIM 6D – a trump card in the hands of the owner

The building information model created in Renga contains comprehensive information about the object (architectural, design, technological and economic) and allows you to manage its entire life cycle. Through the application created by ELIAS, this information is transferred to the program “1C: Rental and Property Management”, in which the model is integrated with the credentials of the program and acquires a BIM 6D dimension associated with the operation and management of the facility.

As part of this measurement, the state of the building is monitored, the effectiveness of its use for its intended purpose is analyzed, the premises leased, etc. are kept. The use of BIM 6D provides the owner with the following advantages:

Accuracy and clarity of information. A single centralized database is being formed containing the current technical specifications for the entire building, with the possibility of 3D visualization. An operational search for objects of operation (structural elements and engineering systems of a real estate object) is carried out.

operational control. The owner is provided with data on indicators related to the purpose of the building (for example, rent).

Minimization of conflicts between owners, tenants, contractors and subcontractors. There is an improvement in the relationship between all interested parties due to the maximum information content of data about the property.

Availability of information . Possibility of remote access of specialists involved in the operation and maintenance of the building to high-quality information about the facility.

Management of redevelopment of objects . When making changes to the information model of the building and performing redevelopment of premises, the spatial characteristics (area, volume) are automatically recalculated. At the same time, the entire history of redevelopment is preserved.
