Catalog: Reducers is intended for the work of design engineers involved in the design of electromechanical drives for various purposes.

 

The appendix contains images and technical specifications of commercially available general and special purpose gearboxes, as well as information about manufacturers and suppliers.

The Catalog contains the following technical characteristics of gearboxes:

  • transmission options,
  • rated torque on the output shaft in continuous operation,
  • rated radial loads on the input and output shafts,
  • efficiency,
  • gear weight,
  • climatic options.

In addition, the values ​​of the nominal moments and loads under heavy, medium, light operating conditions are indicated, as well as the parameters (dimensions, taper, number and module of teeth) of the input and output shafts of gearboxes in various versions.

In the Catalog you can also find information about gearbox assembly options, select a gearbox according to the specified parameters (type, gear ratio, rated torque).

After selecting the required reducer, the user can automatically obtain its image on the drawing and transfer the relevant information to the specification.

All information about gearboxes corresponds to the official catalogs of manufacturers and suppliers (information about them is also available in the appendix).
