3D stamps
The Dies 3D application is designed to automate design and technological work when designing dies for sheet material products. Allows you to create a set of technical documentation required for stamp production.

The application provides:

• Unfolding the original part into a blank (flat pattern) and creating steps for transforming the part-blank.
• Strip design. To ensure high productivity and save material, the application will automatically generate the optimal cutting-working area of ​​the die.
• Design of punches. The step placement and configuration of dividing and shaping punches is set.
• Stamp package design. The center of pressure of the die is determined automatically. Depending on the grade and thickness of the material, a gap is formed between the punch and the matrix. The configuration and position of the punches are specified. The press is selected based on its characteristics and dimensions of the die from the list of equipment most used in enterprises.
• Automatic formation in accordance with the ESKD of a set of documentation required for the production of a stamp (3D models, assembly drawings, specifications, detailing).

Application contains:

• Press equipment database, which includes more than 20 press models.
• Knowledge base of die designs with the possibility of its expansion taking into account additional user requirements.
• Parametric libraries of 3D GOST parts and structural elements of stamps.

The application allows:

• Design separation dies: with a rigid puller, with a top clamp, combined action dies.
• Design stamps of sequential action with a combination of operations of both separating and shaping. Combined with both top and bottom clamp.
• Design bending dies.
