The main parameter for obtaining estimates is the estimated property. It is formed in the intelligent expert system АВС – Knowledge Base . The knowledge base allows not only assigning an estimated property to a 3D model element, but also, if necessary, adjusting the composition of resources right at the assignment stage: replace, delete or add new resources to a position.

The conversion of the received design volumes from the BIM model into the estimated result takes place in the ABC-Recomposer software product . According to the design volumes, cost estimates are compiled and issued in different sections, for example, according to the requirements of a particular customer.

Upon completion of the conversion of design volumes into estimated ones, the result obtained is exported to the ABC-4 estimate software package, in which the necessary adjustments are made and estimate documentation is issued.
