1. Design calculation
According to the given geometric parameters, acting loads and materials, the following are determined:
- diameters of screws (bolts, studs) for group threaded connection;
- weld leg for a welded joint;
- diameter of the weld point of the spot connection;
- tolerances of linear dimensions and selection of fit for interference joints;
- linear dimensions of dowels, slots, profile, terminal and pin connections.
